Australian Travel Sites

Australian Outback

I've added a couple of Australian Travel Sites to my website for you to view at your leisure. I am continually receiving link exchange requests from this beautiful part of the world so these travel sites are from people like myself who have a love of travel and who would also love to tell you their fascinating stories.

The reason I have chosen these particular sites is that they are all travel-related sites written by real people for real people and because I would like to keep my site real too, you will not find any commercial sites here.

I'll add some more new travel information on Australia as and when I can find them so please do stay in touch. If you should have any exclusive travel adventure stories yourself from around Australia that you would love to share with me, then you will most certainly have a deserving spot right here. You'll find a contact form at the bottom of this page for you to fill in.

Australian Travel Sites - The Outbacks

Visiting travel sites in the outback of Australia probably have an immense fascination for many a traveller, including myself. For this reason, I have included a couple of links about the outbacks for your appraisal.

Ever since I got to watch the 1986 miniseries "Alice to Nowhere" about a nurse and a pair of jewel thieves whose lives are accidentally connected when a burglary goes wrong, the three characters in the miniseries chase one another from Alice Springs to Darwin. Since then, I've become spellbound with the Australian Outbacks.

I've always wanted to drive from Darwin to Alice Springs in a 4x4 vehicle to visit famous landmarks such as Ayers Rock, and the Devil's Marbles. It's a road trip which I'd love to do someday. In the meantime, why not click on any of the links below to see more of Australia's off-the-beaten-tracks.
