The Telephone system is run by the Telephone Organization of Thailand (TOT) under the umbrella of the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT). Not only can you make local calls from public pay phones found on all the main roads, but also many of the minor roads too. International calls can be made from most business centres and all the major hotels.

communications network services available to you regarding things such as broadband Internet as well as
newspapers and magazines, television and radio, fax and telex and mail and courier services. You'll get all the relevant information here.
If you are concerned about the type of clothing you may need to pack and what should be worn be it day or night, summer or winter. Just for the record, there is no real winter so to speak of in Thailand. Even when it rains, it's warm enough to go about your business with the lightest of clothing. Only during the cool season in the northern regions you'd need a sweater, or at the very most, a light coat.
What about planning your trip with kids? Need to know about travelling if you are disabled or how tolerant the country is towards the gay traveller.
Need to find a useful address, a tourist office, a special social club or an important website. How about air travel and airlines information. Desire a favourite or informative book or music store then this advice guide will endeavour to provide you with the relevant information.
