This is your June Festival Guide to all events and festivities held in and around Thailand. Because it is the beginning of the rainy season, it makes this an excellent time for eco-travelling in this beautiful country. Why not try some trekking in the evergreen forests or hiking along it's many trails. While you are here, come and discover the wide array of flora and fauna.

Grand Sale Shopping Festival is another very good reason for being here during this time. It's the best time to come shopping. Yes! with up to 70% off all regular priced goods and services between 1st June and 31st August 2008. This amazing shopping experience is extended to all of the key tourist destinations of Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Chiang Mai.

With over 900 participating department stores, retail outlets, restaurants, spas, hotels and resorts and not much time, you will need to get a head start. Check for outlets displaying the Amazing Thailand Grand Sale, Grand Service signage.

To save some time, why not pick up a copy of the Grand Sale Shopping Guidebook on arrival at the airport or at most leading department stores as well as hotels and resorts. You can even get a copy at the BTS Skytrain's ticket office. So there is no excuse, but please don't hold it against me if you spend all your money. Don't forget there is always this time next year.

International Dog Show 2010 takes place from 24th June until 27th June at the Impact Exhibition and Convention Center in Bangkok at hall 3 and 4. Apparently this one is set to be bigger and better than the one last year. There will be more than 200 local and international exhibitors showcasing the very latest range and trends of dog-care products and services as well as a host of exciting and innovative in-show activities, competitions, seminars and workshops. This has surly got to be fun for the whole family.
